Keep Your Feet Elevated

If you suffer with neuropathy, or even if you don’t, it is important to keep your feet elevated when seated. Hi, this is Doctor Gabe Rodriguez and today I want to talk to residents in Sioux Falls about why it’s necessary to do so.

Your blood needs to be able to circulate properly in order to give oxygen to the tissues of your feet. When your feet are left dangling, your blood isn’t able to distribute nutrients as well. But, if you elevate your feet by resting them upon a stool or in a recliner, the circulation in your legs and feet is greatly improved.

If you have problems with neuropathy, I encourage you to come see me, Doctor Gabe Rodriguez, at my office here in Sioux Falls. Click here to read my full report about neuropathy and to make an appointment: http://siouxfallspodiatrist.net/neuropathy.
